We start by improving your relationship with yourself. Then weight loss hypnosis lets you shift your relationship with food so you'll actually look forward to eating healthfully. Discover the joy of feeling totally satisfied with no deprivation and feeling comfortable in your own body.

"Weight Loss is a Brain Game"

Weight loss is a "brain game" as well as healthy eating habits. My sessions with Lauren Archer have been the most rewarding and results oriented techniques I have ever used. She is a compassionate listener, and has a wonderful ability to help you see patterns of behavior that no longer serve you. Listening to my recordings of my sessions has helped me shift my behavior to healthier eating.

"I bought my first pair of size 6 jeans last week, just four months since our session! Yahoo! I was a hefty size 10 when I met you. Thanks so much."
