Ellin Sidell, CH.t
Bellevue, WA Hypnotherapist
If you are anything like me, you have experienced stubborn obstacles or blocking issues in your life
that just won't go away on their own. Whether it is losing weight, overcoming fears, or dealing with
a serious health issue such as cancer, we can all benefit from learning to tap into our innate
ability of resilience.
When you were a toddler, did insecurities or obtacles such as the couch get in your way of learning to
walk? No, they weren't even part of your awareness. So why do you believe that you have
fewer resources now than when you were one?
As a lifelong learner, I continue to expand my knowledge and skills in the field of hypnotherapy and other
modalities while also pursuing my other passions: fundraising for the prevention and cure of cancer (I'm a
three time cancer survivor) and weight training.
I believe what defines me as a hypnotherapist and resiliency
expert is that I practice what I preach. I live what I teach.
To get to where I want to go and feel how I want to feel in life, I use the same tools that I teach my
clients. Self-hypnosis and resiliency mastery techniques are part of my daily life and help me achieve my
goals.
You will discover a new way of life that allows you to swiftly move through pain and negativity to
create MORE passion, fun, and excitement in all you do - starting from whatever point you are at
now.
Before becoming a hypnotist in the Seattle area, I saw obstacles everywhere in my life. It
seemed there wasn't enough time to do everything I wanted. My life was very unbalanced. My first wake-up
call came when I was diagnosed with cancer. However, it wasn't until my third cancer scare that
I finally realized I had to make lifestyle changes.
Today, I'm cancer-free and whole-heartedly believe in the positive abundance of life. I also have more
energy than I had in my 20s! This all occurred because I was intent on becoming resilient.
My resiliency to life's challenges was learned through a process I will teach you in my
office.
