Hypnosis for Mind-Body Weight Loss
Hypnosis and group support encourage healthy behaviors that can lead to weight loss and well being. Benefit from
each individual class and/or the momentum of your renewed commitment each month to realize your goals as you learn
new information, practice hypnosis and nourish yourself in a safe and supportive environment.
All classes are Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 PM.

Register for EACH class individually. This class can stand alone, or you can experience it as a series. Each
month includes aspects of mind-body theory, discussion, and a group hypnotic induction. Foundational ideas are
reinforced, as new ideas are introduced.

1) Go to Kirkland Weight Loss Workshop
2) Then in the Class Category drop down menu select "Weight Loss and Bariatrics"
3) Then in the Class Title drop down menu select "Hypnosis for Mind-body Weight Loss"
4) Follow the instructions from there to register and pay

Ellin Sidell, Craig Sigl and Lauren Archer are
registered hypnotherapists with the Washington State Dept of Health. By law, all disorders listed in
the DSM require a written referral from a licensed medical professional for us to be able to legally work
with you.
